Gebaseerd op de missie van Yin en Joyfulness worden de volgende diensten aangeboden, die je helpen op je pad naar innerlijke vrede.

1) Hatha yogalessen

Op basis van het Hatha yoga-concept (link naar Hatha yoga-pagina) worden de volgende lessen aangeboden:

a) Beginners yogacursus van 6 weken van elk 60 minuten

b) Enkelvoudige Hatha yogales voor een gemengde groep of voor gevorderde beoefenaars 90 minuten

c) Ademhalingsoefening en meditatie 0klas

d) Zwangerschapsyoga

e) Kid's yoga

f) Stoel yoga voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit

 

2) Emotionele Empowerment yoga workshops

De relatie tussen stress en onze emoties is iets dat gevoeld wordt, maar niet zo gemakkelijk te begrijpen en te beheren is.

In deze workshop leren we hoe we contact kunnen maken en onze emoties kunnen begrijpen door ons op twee dingen te concentreren. Het eerste zou zijn om te analyseren wat deze emoties veroorzaken en hoe ze op te merken wanneer ze zich voordoen. De tweede focus zal liggen op het loslaten van negatieve emoties met behulp van je lichaam. Onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat deze technieken ons emotioneel welzijn aanzienlijk kunnen verbeteren en positiviteit in onze relaties kunnen bevorderen. 3) Yoga workshop over positief denken

Vanwege onze drukke levens richten we ons op dingen die buiten onze controle liggen en die onnodige stress kunnen veroorzaken. Sommige stress kan nuttig zijn, omdat het ons ertoe aanzet om buiten de gebaande paden te denken en ons ook kan helpen scherp te blijven om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen. Ons werk en persoonlijke uitdagingen overweldigen ons echter soms om slechte gewoonten en ongezond gedrag naar buiten te brengen. In deze workshop leren we hoe we onze gedachten kunnen heroriënteren, met de nadruk op twee dingen: zelfwaardering en dankbaarheid.
